Imran Khan – Partner
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws (University of Tasmania)
- Bachelor of Information Systems (University of Tasmania)
- Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (College of Law)
- Diploma of Business
Imran graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Information Systems. Imran began his legal career in Melbourne in general legal practice but he is increasingly focusing on work as a Litigation Solicitor.
Imran’s area of practice include Civil, Estate and Property Disputes, Commercial Matters, Criminal Matters and General Litigation.
Imran has recently taken up a position as a board member on the Lady Clark Centre Association Inc. (Retirement Village) on a volunteer basis. Imran also used to volunteer for Advocacy Tasmania assisting and providing mentally impaired patients with legal assistance.
I love cricket but unfortunately I am not related to the famous cricketer.
Senad Dizdarevic – Partner
Education and Qualifications:

Senad is the principal of Ascot Solicitors and established the firm in August 2011. Senad’s vision was to establish a thriving law firm in the western suburbs. Over the short period that Ascot Solicitors has been opened, we have grown rapidly and now operate in two different locations. Senad’s goal was to establish a practice that is based on integrity, informed by expertise and driven successfully to provide the best result that can be achieved for a diversity of clients. Senad’s approach is to offer a comprehensive solution to all his clients, having spent considerable time practising in the major areas of law, namely wills and estates and estates disputes, property law, building and constructions, civil litigation and Family Law.
He has represented clients with a tremendous success rate in all the courts in Victoria. He currently acts for a large number of property developers, builders, real estate agencies, accounting practices and contractors based all over Melbourne. Senad’s time is spent working with our solicitors and overseeing the aspects of all work. Senad is energetic and upfront with all his clients. His approach is considered and calculated with a positive attitude to get the job done, and to do it well.
Peta Kendall: Law Clerk
Peta joined McClure Law in 2015 and brings a wealth of experience to her role within the team. Peta works predominantly in our conveyancing department and prides herself on delivering an efficient, friendly and stress-free service to our clients. Whether buying or selling, Peta is dedicated to ensuring that all of our clients’ needs are met and that communication is of the highest standard. Peta also assists Senad, Imran and the team with files within a range of different areas of law.
Anne Cauchi: Law Clerk
Anne joined McClure Law in 2018. Working directly with Senad, Imran and the family law team, Anne assists in the preparation of files, conducts research, and ensures that our clients receive the high level of personal attention and service. A strong background in family law makes Anne a knowledgeable and supportive resource for our clients. Her empathetic ways have brought an oasis of calm to many struggling under the weight of difficult circumstances.
Jennifer Jones: Receptionist
Jennifer joined McClure Law in 2018 and is often the first person a new client meets as they walk through the doors of McClure Law. Her heartfelt welcome to the firm is matched by a dedication to professionalism, discretion, and a desire to have our clients feel at ease when they call or visit our offices. Jennifer also assists Senad and Imran with deceased estates and criminal matters. Jennifer provides the comforting link between arriving with a problem and leaving with the right solution.
